Shipping and Returns

If ordered by 5 p.m. EST, orders will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 5 p.m. EST, will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. If the item(s) you ordered happen(s) to be backordered, it will be shipped according to the time specified time. Juwlz will email you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, or if we need additional information to complete your order. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays. For orders using FREE SHIPPING, we use "economy" shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. These rates are calculated by your country, and fees are calculated based on the original retail value of the products as well as the manufacturing and import countries. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to Juwlz-Newyork. These fees in addition to the cost of two-way international shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our return policy lasts seven days (07). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please follow the following steps:
To return an item, please follow the steps below within 7 days of receiving your order:
* Email info@juwlz-newyork requesting for a RMA number with the following information. Please mention request for RETURN or EXCHANGE or REPAIR
* Proof of Purchase /Date and order number.
* Reason for request ( return or exchange or repair).
* Date you have received your merchandise.
* Last Name
* Credit Card information for the card used
* Billing address of the card used for purchase
* Style code /Item number of the piece(s) you are returning

Once your RMA is successfully created/approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA # and return shipping instructions. Please allow up to 72 hours for your RMA to be successfully processed. You must receive an RMA # and approval before returning any item(s). This RMA# must be written on top of your packaging.
The RMA number is valid for 7 days only.Item must be mailed within 7 days .
All packages will be refused if an approved RMA # is not on the box, the allotted return time has passed, the item was purchased on sale and/or using a promotional code.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, (subject to availability) follow the same steps as described above to return an item.
We will repair any item purchased through within 6 months.
Repair required due to mishandling or not following care instructions may not be eligible for Repair. Please email us at and follow steps as mentioned above for Return and exchanges. Please include a picture of the item on your email. Due to the handmade nature of the product repair may take 4 -8 weeks from the time we receive the item.(excluding shipping time )

For return/exchange or repair. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you return your merchandise for return/exchange or repair. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If you are approved for return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Juwlz products are handmade by artisans and as such may vary slightly in design and color from piece to piece. These variations are not considered flaws. While no guarantees can be made regarding colorfastness and durability, the natural materials, dyes and handmade techniques used add to the quality of the design and enhance the natural beauty of each piece.
Due to the delicate nature of all our items please be mindful of care instructions:
Avoid contact with hard and abrasive surfaces. We highly recommend that you wipe down your pieces with a lint free cloth after each wear. We suggest this because, chemicals found in common substances such as hairspray, cosmetics, perfumes, and lotions can permanently damage your pieces. We also suggest storing them in a non-reactive soft pouch or a Jewelry Box.
